Amaruk Studio originated in Kuujjuaq as an outlet and form of music therapy for young people and community members. After two years of ongoing activity in the North and many recordings, the studio transferred to Jon Nassak and is developing locally.
The new location in Farnham, QC, was custom-built for the best possible acoustics and recording environment that a home studio can offer. It has a carefully crafted warm acoustic feel. It is an ideal space for vocal and instrumental takes.
